bonus hp from items runes etc only applies to the orange hp bar he gets, the green bar stays at base hp and after you lose skaarl you cant heal past your base health
from what ive seen E cant jump over walls but the knockback from unmounted Q can go over walls
his MS without his mount is **** like less than 300 MS **** so after you lose your mount your best bet is to just fight them because once you get your mount back you get a big "heal"
and i think his unmounted Q ratio is bugged cuz it looks like its 0.01 right now

Sounds like an awesome champion to me and has that 'balls to the wall' playstyle I enjoy so much (something Pantheon has been providing me). I am guessing he's going to be either a Top or Mid laner, hopefully. Max HP shred looks good. Also, the ultimate is an absolute WRECK! 30% of a target's maximum health is ridiculous. Thank Rito it has an obnoxious cooldown.
