To be fair, the root duration is now a static 1 second at all levels of the skill and does about half as much damage from the scaling.

RIOT's formulas for balancing champs: 1) broken champ + rework spell(s) to make them even more broken + lower ratio or 2) broken champ + rework spell(s) to make them completely useless + lower ratios.

i didn't get the freaking ryze update i just got the news which makes me really mad but any idea or help why or how please?
