Champion looks absolutely bonkers, and well, paying attention to all the tentacles is going to be terrible. I'm all for unique designs but this seems too far. Also, if you're going to rip off Lovecraft, just use the Lovecraftian lore while you're at it; it's good, it's spooky, and at least you're being honest about it.

Sounds like she's a strong top lane or potentially also a decent support pick.
Top- My core would be Black Cleaver, Ninja Tabi, Spirit Visage, and Frozen Mallet if I played her (she's too tanky for me to play too well though). Sounds like a tanky AD pick, similar to bruiser Gangplank.
Support- Situational pick because she has slightly too much of a damage base. Core would be Eye of the Equinox, Boots of Lucidity, Face of the Mountain, Locket of the Iron Solari. For a large amount of Cooldown Reduction and HP gain to make the enemy tank a little nervous.
