I'm playing as well. Haven't really chosen a server but I can try getting my friends on a specific server if you guys are there.

There's a bunch of info here if you don't want to end up on a server full of Russians. :P

You can apparantly do everything except for world vs world and guild advancement while playing as a guest on any server though.
