First off, Will don your sig :D 2ndly, uh the background on that one is somewhat distracting :O Though it looks super nice, the glow around erza and then the background takes away from it... Maybe if you but Erza to the side, and then had the following background it would look better :D

Don't listen to Arcana. It's amazing <3. Perfectly amazing I should say. All I can suggest is add a border to it (since I'm guessing you didn't want text in this one =P).
