Effects are kind of cheesy. The render is whited-out and the BG has nothing to do with the render :/
Good for a first effort however - my first was worse.

Overall, the tag is TOO DAMN LARGE (insert too damn large meme).
While large doesn't mean bad, it means you have to fill a lot more space which in your case, you haven't done. IMO, condense the sig into something smaller with more focus on the upperbody and hand. Lose the black line unless you plan to blend it better. Try smudging or a less contrasting shade but certainly lose the red glow effect around it. The text is hardly distinguishable. The font is kinda sketch as well.

 Yh i know its small and i have no clue why i brushed over the render :') I just made this on school and I'm not experienced at all in making (game) sigs. |

If you look around Kennen, he's blurred to hell. Effects have no relationship with the render.Colour choice is poor. The thing that really sinks this sig is that the BG is boring and Kennen is pretty boring in the center with no established effects around him.

So what is this thread about? In other sig shops, you come to get a sig; my reverse shop is that you take sigs to me and I'll comment/critique said sig and maybe throw in a +rep or two for your hardwork/quality.
Don't be shy. You can only get better by correcting your mistakes. And if you don't think you have any, here's where I come into play.
That said, I'll be honest. And by honest, I mean I'll be nit-picky and ruthless - I'll tell you straight up if I don't like your work ect. If you can't take it, don't post here - only I'm allowed to be butthurt here.
