OK so I know that while Muramana is made for AD champs specifically, there are a few APCs that it is just stupid OP on (such as Ryze and arguably Syndra), but what about Malzahar? Two of his spells are non targeted, but two of them are, Malefic Visions and the dreaded face lazer. So my question is, since it IS single target, but a DOT, does the muramana proc at all, just for the first tick, or with every tick? The same question could be asked of Swain and the dots on Decrepify and Torment.

Hey, if you liked any advice i gave, be sure to +rep me! Oh, and check out my Shaco and Maokail lorecraft in my Blog! I'm a starving artist in need of attention, so please feel free to read, respond, and critique me! Please? Anybody that leaves a comment (good or bad) will receive a +rep!

I don't know, should test though. Might be super OP. Cass maybe too? Or Singed? The posison DoT once it's applied is technically "single target."

My only thought is that if it was proccing on every tick for DoTs, we'd see them building it more frequently. I've yet to see Malzahar with it (though I've only seen 2 Malzahars since S3, and I'm in the 200 wins bracket, we're not very "knowledgable" in that range).

"While unstated in the in-game description, the item does not trigger on single target damage over time abilities, such as Torment, or non-damaging abilities such as Cocoon."

Check LoL Wiki when you have questions like this, they're usually pretty thorough.

Thanks to The_Nameless_Bard for the sig!
