"Shoot/CC" signs aren't exclusive to Sion. You can't initiate with Sion. This is fact. If your argument is that "He can be kited" your just blowing old smoke. There are plenty of supports that can grab, snare, and spark a fight these days. Sion is just very situational. All that being said, I still think he is viable in certain teamcomps especially against heavy assassin comps.[/quote]
