So no one seems to support in Elo hell, so what support should I practice with?

I agree with
 Janna since she carried me out of 1200 to 1400.However,  Soraka is also not a bad option.There is no "best" support, just some better than others (while some work better with other team/AD carries)

Either Janna or Soraka, depending on which you seem to do better with. In my experience, Janna shines more in the late game, but some people simply do not understand how to lane with Janna as their support. Soraka shines more in the early and mid game -- when her heal wins is most relevant --, is much more forgiving of players without lightning fast reflexes, and most people understand how to lane with her. It's a tossup, really. But neither are expensive, so I highly suggest getting both.
Also try every support (or every champion) as they come around on their free weeks, to find the ones whose playstyles you like.

At low ELO I would play Alistar because you can just go roaming mode and secure kills for your team while also keeping up the healing for your AD carry.
Janna/Alistar are the best support characters atm. |

Try Taric and Ali.
They're the classic "kill" lane supports and low enough IP (ali basically free) that getting them shouldn't be a problem. It's really hard to carry a team as a support but a strong "kill" support is your best chance to win a lane and snowball the game. If you absolutely have to carry your team, try Blitz or Nunu. Blitz's  Rocket Grab and Nunu's  Absolute Zero are potential game changers at any stage in the game even without items.Edit: I'm thinking of supports to get you out of elo hell, not necessarily the "best" supports. |

Try
 Maokai. He got me out of elo hell as a support. Very aggressive, amazing toolkit, good damage if u build him right. plus he can make up for a ****py team with his 20% reduced damage aoe ult.

Yeah, I love that ult. Unfortunately, you can't rely on your allies to even consider paying any attention to it, especially in lower elo.
