The power of  Lulu in teamfights isn't her good cc, it is her power to make 1 of the team completly unkillable. She has the highest amounts of buffs to a single champ from all supports. I mean, if you target a tanky dps with W, E and R, he is a big god which never dies and destroys the enemy team. He is a bit like  Nasus then. But he has then an AoE slow and Lulu can slow the enemy's with Q aswell.Her Q is like an aoe  Ice Blast.She would fit perfectly in teams with  Zilean mid.I agree with her ult, I'm saying you wouldn't pick lulu for cc only for her ult. Her buffs are pretty bad. Compare Janna's shield and Soraka's heal. Both give 1700g worth of free armor or AD for 5 seconds. Lulu in comparison only gives 1200g worth of AP on  Whimsy. Her shield is like a weaker version of janna's shield only for the sake that it only provides the shield no buff. Additionally, the AP from Whimsy doesn't really provide anything for bot lane except maybe  Tristana Ice Blast is significantly better. Not only does it slow but it slows the enemies attack speed. Nunu also gives an AS and movement speed buff which is why he is so difficult to trade with

Anyone tried lux? , Amazing skillset. No need to build Gp10 items(You can still build Ap (Rod of Ages and such)).
Still need to ward tho. ( ELO HELL ) |

Lux is unreliable because if you miss skillshots then you're pretty much a free kill

Also Smart cast helps alot ;> the enemy can also dodge your skillshots. the problem is all her cooldowns are 10 or more seconds long, if you miss once then you're a free kill. You can't hit every single one. Aside from that her snare is just okay. The double snare is fantastic if you can land it, but it doesn't stop an enemy from still casting spells or anything. Additionally her shield is pretty terrible. she's just not a good support |
