You could also move the duo lane to mid, that way you would still be close to the dragon, have closer access to all lanes for the one lane that can actually spare one champ to go gank. Maybe have a strong lanepusher bot to counter the pushing power of an ad/support lane.
top: vlad, kennen, Teemo, varus maybe Mid carry: Brand, Annie, Veigar, Cassi or any AD carry Mid support: Leona, Blitz, Ali, Maokai, Taric Bot: Nasus, Morgana, Mundo, Renekton Jungle: ? would be alot easier to double gank the sidelanes if the support keeps in the fog of war and bushes, and maybe even help the jungler invade |

There is a few flaws to this strategy.First of all mages need levels more than ad so having a mage share a lane is bad.Secondly having too people top even just for 4 levels is bad because when one of the people leave the lane it will become a 1v1 and the person who was by himself would be a higher level letting him dominate easily.Don't change the meta just to change it.Change it because your strategy beats the meta

I'm still not convinced that that's a particularly good argument against having an AP carry bottom lane with a support. Most of a mage's damage will come from the AP they get from items, right? So that argument pretty much falls flat for me. You'll hit level 6 later though, so I kinda see how that might gimp you a bit in the early game. The idea of this the more i think about it is bring back Alistar taric and blitzcrank that roam.
Basically 2 gankers jungler and support. Support's "jungle" per say it a lane that needs help. Ad can go bot but 2 v 1 they get shut down so hard. But ap's fair better such as Vlad and Ryze and kennen they can 2 v 1 fairly good enough if they have enough spell vamp or such. Hi. Thats it is all.

AD carry will be shut down by smart enemies, will be more useless than enemy team's
Support at bot lane would be meaningless; AP carries are fine by themselves in lane AP carry less leveled than enemy AP carry; will be abused mid game
