So the actual abilities have been released officially, the two leaked skillsets were a bit off but fairly close to the mark. Let us begin theorycrafting!
On first glance it appears that his counterjungling is going to be really stronk. Depending on the radius of the passive on his Q he might be a pretty ****ing hard champ to gank due to the mark disappearing. He'll probably be really fun solo top because of the advantage of his isolated champion mechanic. |

Splitcell its been said by riot that if minions are around then the champion doesnt count as being isolated making his Q kinda useless unless there are no minions D: his leap is sorta eh unless yer chasing or doing something similar to jax or ganking from the jungle but his heal would be good in lane
but honestly he would but much better in jungle than top lane but im still probably gonna try to lane with him to see how it works

Now that we know his skill set, build him exactly as you do every jungler. Mobi boots+GP5s+tanky stuff
