no matter how popular it gets I just can't see Mundo buying a Wit's.

I agree with Duff here, he does to many things and is good at none of them and he can't be properly itemized. It's both a gift and a curse, sadly.

I mean, just look at Xin.

(inb4 some pro player says that Xin has the best ganks of anyone blahblah)

Back to the mres question, so, your enemy gets Madred's Bloodrazor, what you get now?

(Wouldn't be the forgetten Banshee's Veil a good choice on Dr. Mundo aswell? Or just get Quicksilver Sash instead of Force of Nature?)

If the enemy specially picks Madred's to counter you, he normally shouldn't have much extra AS except for Madred's (but even without this fact):
