Frozen mallet is better than rylai's and you dont even get frozen mallet on Jax because you get Trinity force

Just troll the hell out of em' and get all three. ryalis, FM, and TF. And you thought jax was sturdy before? good god hows about a jax with 4k hp and perma slow.

Tryniti Force and Frozen Mallet are way better than Rylais.
