OK 1. Item Wise most of your items are good except for  The BloodthirsterOn Teemo core items would be  Wit's End,  Madred's Bloodrazor and  Frozen MalletFor boots run  Berserker's Greaves or  Mercury's Treads1 or 2 Defensive item, I Recommend  Guardian Angel and one other defensive item such as: Randuin's Omen,  Banshee's Veil,  Maw of Malmortius,  Atma's Impaler,  Zeke's HeraldIf you take just 1 Defensive Item then you can try running something with a little attack speed such as  The Black Cleaver or  Ionic Spark although i recommend taking the GA and one other item from the above list moreYour Masteries are wrong Wrong wrong wrong wrong wrong This is what you should be taking
Runes you should try these
Forgot to add you should take an early point in your w for the MS bonus This is what i feel makes MS quints not as useful on  Teemo since he has the highest Base MS in the game

is essential for any defensive tree, there is no reason you shouldn't take it if you're going 12+ points up in Defense.also Wit's End is never a core item, the attack speed and bonus damage do scale well for Teemo but it's pointless to get a Wit's End against champions like  Riven or  Lee Sin which deal only physical damageand I was just trolling you with the photo Mr.Cuddowls |
