I am thinking of investing in spellvamp quints for kennen, but i'm curious, do any other champs really require or massively benefit from spellvamp quints? Thanks!

No champ actually requires it..
 Annie's  Disintegrate synchronizes well with spellvamp quints.Getting them for  Kennen is a good idea so you dont have to rush a revolver.

They aren't optimal for any champ but they work if you want sustain in mid against a difficult lane. |

 Mordekaiser and Kennen only champions I use them on in ranked.

Act and behave in a way that will make life interesting and fun, f*ck a mundane predictable life working monday to friday with something you derive no pleasure from; just living life out till you grow old and wither away. Find a passion, form relationships, dont be afraid to get out there and f*ck what everyone else thinks.

Pff, why has no one mentioned
 Vladimir? it makes his sustain that much better.Altho, like everyone else has said, they arent really optimal for anyone. AP or Spellpen quints are probably much better. Unless you want to be a **** and run straight spellvamp on  Morgana with the quints, a  Will of the Ancients and  Hextech Revolver (yes they do stack... technically you could get a  Hextech Gunblade if you wanted to, but really, thats just absurd.)

After having tried them, they are sorta meh. Not terrible though, just not the greatest either.

They're generally good on top-lane AP characters.
They are pretty *****ing on Morg, actually. Quints + Masteries + Passive means you start with 19% spell vamp I think. Which is a pretty big deal in the laning phase... EU West: Mazuran (Main) & DoktorInsomniak (Smurf)
