Not sure whether to get this or the Frozen Mallet in Dominion. This has more damage, but less HP, a worse proc, and a higher cost. Other players always seem to take the Mallet and almost none that I've seen use this thing. So I guess the Frozen Mallet is better. I guess more hp+100% reliable proc without a cd is just more useful. |

Really useful item in dominion. It gives HP and nice, slowing damage. If you need some HP and must finish enemies, buy this. |

This + Frozen mallet, problem solved, in olaf is very affective use both, and using this with irealia, you make so much dmg |
