to answer a few questions, it only stacks with spells if it SPECIFICALLY SAYS, "Applies on hit effects. Eg: parlay. otherwise, no. and yes, i do believe it stacks with frost shot, but not on volly. Mastajdog, "You shall bow in the presence of the masta."
