I find this item is awsome for kennen and akali specifically... however, expand your mind a moment and if you find you are in a game with all AD opponents.... think of the survivability options that this item coupled with a thornmail would prove to do for you... YI pops his ulti goes to town on you and without lifting a finger, both takes dmg and reduces the amount of dmg you take since the magic dmg he takes will also be spell vamp'd back to you.... I have only tested this item combo once so far but it went..... better than expected.... EZREAL would pwn face with this item too i believe.. :D I don't have a feeding problem!
