I am a bit concerned about this mastery..Exactly how core is it on a champion like Orianna?
Especially since i dont get the numbers @ "Spell Penetration : 10|15 at Champions info(Magic Pen. Runes 10 and Archaic Knowledge 15% why not same counting system?).
Any1 can help?

On anyone who relies on magic damage, this is well worth grabbing. After any MR reductions and flat Spell Penetration is counted, you ignore 15 % of whatever MR is left. With a Void Staff and this mastery, you ignore 49% of their MR. In Dominion, this combo has you ignoring 51.55% of their MR without any other Spell Penetration.
