If anyone hadn't already noticed, I think it may be a reference to the youtuber 'Totalbiscuit' because it is called 'total biscuit of rejuvenation' and he used to play League so I'm just saying it COULD be. Also, this biscuit saved my life once. You can't not love life-saving biscuits.
