Does the AP damage caused by this mastery triggers passive effects of items such as Rylai's Crystal Scepter, Liandry's Torment etc.

No. I don't think it even triggers spell vamp. Because if it did, it would be to OP. I mean, every AA will trigger Liandry's?? It would been even an ADC can kill a tank if constantly harassed.

@Taruzard

Get it on Lich Bane users such as Twisted Fate.

i think it's useful ưith malady while you use Diana. I'm trying build speed + magic for Diana, i feel better with this mastery. We got 15 + 15%(100-300 AP) and with more speed for her passive skill

Amazing or lackluster?
Most AP champs would probably reach anywhere from 250-500 AP in an average game, which would result in 12.5-25 magic damage on hit.

Extra damage is nice, but most people will have some form of magic resist (Especially if you got fed as an AP champ), which would make the damage highly unnoticeable, right?

Or am I just overthinking right now cos im sleepy, and magic resist wouldnt do much to it?
