Note that it's 0.3% per second and 1.5% per 5.

This is the single most underestimated mastery. I LOVE this mastery!

Edit: the nerf was pretty huge. Now it's less of a gamebreaking mastery :(

does this hp/5 amount increase if you buy more mana items or is it just your starting mana that it goes off of?
