So the Perseverance mastery got a buff, problem is its further down the utility tree, Question is: Is this Mastery worth getting now after the "buff" or is it still a bad mastery and points can be placed else where for better effect?? Some Math on this would be nice . |

It's worth investing in now, but 2%CDR will always be better than 3%regen. OH NOES, GFWL! Hide yo hard drives, hide yo rams, hide yo internets cuz GFWL be climbin' in yo windows and snatchin' up yo games. |

Actually like all the masteries it has it's place. Normally I don't touch it, however I use a mana Blitz build that uses it. I go 7/0/23 to get it, which for the build is a small sacrifice. At level 8 or so having 2000 mana gives 20 health regen. By the end of the build when I have almost 4000 mana I am getting almost 40 health regen (that's equal to a fully stacked warmogs). I would consider this mastery on any character you plan to build 3000+ mana on. |
