Does Lulu's Help, Pix!/Passive proc spelltheif's?
For example, if 
Lulu used Help, Pix! on a.. marksman, and they autoattacked another champion, would Spellthief's Edge's gold bonus proc from it?
In another scenario, say Pantheon blocks an auto, would Pix, Faerie Companion still get the proc? (lulu auto-ing here)
Oh.. does it even get the bonus at all?

If you meant that you use Help, Pix! on your ADC and she/he attacked enemy champion, no. It is not you who is dealing the damage so it doesn't proc Spellthief's Edge

what about if you use the Help, Pix! on yourself and auto attack?. or is Pix considered a separate entity from lulu?

Regardless of whether you use Help, Pix! on yourself or not, you'll still get the gold because Spellthief's Edge procs on both spells and basic attacks.
