    Energy reg Rune for zed?

    Hi there everyone, I always admired zed and his game play and wanted to try him but I never did. and now that he is on sale I'm gonna buy and try to master him. so I've looked at so many Guides here for him but none had the Energy reg runes but my friends who play him say he needs them more than a lee sin or at least a zed who plays in lane not jungle. so help a newbie zed player, should I go for the Energy runes? I'm a mostly mage player so I'm gonna spam abilities on him too :D.

    Nope just learn to manage his abilities and hit double qs and es. the energy rues might give you one extra cast

    Your combo is up significantly faster in the early-game.

    Perhaps flat energy would be something to look into a little bit. I don't think you'd need energy regen, as most of the time, if you desperately needed the energy regen, blue buff would suffice.

    Having some extra energy would actually increase zed's damage a lot though, as it could add an extra Razor Shuriken into his burst rotation

    I run 8 energy regen seals now for a long time; I can honestly say that it does make a good difference.
