League of Legends (LoL) Question: hackers?

so whats up with all those stories about ashe/azir... hacks and scripts? yesterday i played nasus, with ashe on my team, the game was just unplayable, my Q wouldnt work, trundle enemy was his ulti on all game, ahri Q was 900 damage at level 1, whenever i come near the enemy turret it attacks me even with creeps around, as for trundle he could dive me under turret without even being hit... sounds weird, but it really happened, anyone knows whats going on? was there a hacker in the game?
