League of Legends (LoL) Question: Is AP Yasuo Possible?

AP Yasuo used to be viable at his launch, but they specifically nerfed his dashes stats to the point where it was no longer viable due to spell vamp on him being obnoxious. The AP ratio really only serves to allow him to build Trinity Force without sheen being totally useless stat wise.

The damage is inconsistent, infrequent and unreliable. You would have to dash through other targets before the damage ramps up, which isn't possible in a 1v1 without enemy minions. Each target you E through has a timer until it can be dashed through again. Why itemize for E that hits your opponent once every 8s when you can Q them every 1.3s instead?

To answer the question, yes it's possible. Highly impractical with about a 3.125% chance of working in an actual match made game, but still somewhat possible. Good luck finding that 1 out of 32 games where you don't feed on one of the most difficult champions to master.

Possible, yes. Viable, no. 6 item Rabadon's Deathcap Garen is possible but it isn't viable.
