Junglers against ap

so i am a rammus main playing in around plat 1 and d 4.
but lately ive been having issues when it comes to dealing with ap heavy enemy teams.
my question is, what is a good jungler when it comes to ap heavy enemies?
a tank would be preferable

You could try with a tanky build. He has pretty early and effective ganks like Rammus and he's not too hard to play. If the enemy team has AP you have a lot of options -- , , , , even .

jungle is also pretty decent and his kit is even more suited to counter mages.

He's not really a tank but if you build Ivern with Locket and Athene's his shields are tough to break through

Warwick has an ability that reduces all types of damage and a lot of good MR items are very useful on him. Examples being Abyssal Scepter, Spirit Visage, and Wit's End.

Nocturne is pretty good against heavy AP comps if you build the spell shield build. He has a spell shield ability and then you can also build Edge of Night and Maw.

Amumu seems good in theory if you build MR because he can stop them from attacking and moving allowing your team to burst them down.

All 3 I listed have great gap closing.

thanks for the suggestions ill be sure to try out war and amumu.
But as for nocturne, i dont know, i have tried him but he doesnt suite me playstyle

but most of the time he is so i cant really rely on zac that much

yeah but hes armor based, so hes not really that good when it comes to ap heavy enemies

You could always go Nunu jungle. I love him, you can usually go Tiamat or Cinderhulk as your first item, then go Spirit Visage, as the extra healing affects his Q
