Trinity Force on Sivir?

So, I have recently fallen in love with Sivir. I don't what it is about her, but I tend to dominate bot lane with her. I'll admit, her late game isn't the greatest, unlike Tristana's, but she can still carry her own when it comes to late game.

So far, I've been building her with the recommended build for ADCs: IE, Statik, BotRK, and so on. But, I have been wanting to try Trinity Force on her. The only stat she doesn't really benefit off of is the ability power it gives, but everything else it gives seems to work so well with her kit.

Phage is awesome to have on her because her passive is (almost) like a built in Phage, giving her some more stickiness (as if she didn't have enough). Not to mention the small amount of health it gives is always nice.

Sheen is great for the mana, and its passive. Sivir is extremely mana hungry, so much so that Riot realized this, on put on a mana return on her spell shield.

Zeal is great too! Movement speed, attack speed, and crit chance! Three of the major things you should build for Sivir, all in one item!

So, I have to ask, is Tri Force really a good item to have on her?

I'd think it's better to just build DPS. Sivir has a lot of mobility already but her damage output is fairly average. Also in a lot of cases I'd get over by the way.

I find it depends on what situation youre in. If youre behind, I find it best to go Bloodthirster due to the shield it gives. Youll need the little extra defense to withstand your opponents damage. If youre ahead, you can get BotRK and stay ahead, due to the health shred and active.

It's not that good. She cannot apply those Sheen procs as much as e.g. Corki / Ez can.

Ghostblade is a lot better for her IMO, should try that instead.

So the thing about Sivir is that she has a super versatile amount of build options. In that respect she's very similar to Lucian. Want to go trinity into a vamp item? How about IE Shiv? Botrk & LW? Pretty much any 1st item works on her, as long as it's appropriate to the game you're playing in.

Personally, I like trinity force on her-granted I haven't played her since she was in the top 3 ADCs late S3-simply because she has so many ways to proc the sheen passive, and every part of the item benefits her kit.

Sivir being one of my mains adcs, I think Tri on her is really not that bad but really too expensive to get most of the time (as you'll get it instead of PD/SS) but if you are really fed, and have a **** ton of money you can always build it, it's pretty fun with W coming quite often
