One of the best runes, gives 24mr with nine of them at lvl 18. This makes tanky dps that much tankier, and squishies much tankier too. This is because most champs dont have scaling mr, they start with 30 and end with 30 unless you get mr items. |

flat magic resist (IMO) is overrated, give you good defense against ap damage early game, but is you aren't on mid lane, i don´t see flat mr useful, at lvl 18 their ap carry will eat you alive with flat Mres, but with scaling you supervivence chance increase |
