I think it would be good on someone like skarner, who u would want to use maybe attack speed marks and use the destruction quints, or if u wanted to use spell vamp quints or life steal quints for someone like jax, u could get destruction marks, but personally i dont use them but i can see how they could be viable |

(MPen) ?I don't see why ppls should buy these or use these in decent builds... Not true. 1.79*3 = 5.37 APen from 3 of these, 1.4*3 = 4.2 Mpen if you went 2 pure Apen Quints and 1 Mpen quint you would have 5.12 Apen and 2.01 Mpen if you went 1 Apen Quint and 2 mpen you would have 2.56 Apen and 4.02 Mpen so, either way you're getting slightly more than 2 of each. |
