Urgot - The Lane Bully

Recently (aft 2nd half of 2012), Urgot has been nerfed quite a few times. In fact, ALL of his skills have been nerfed. D:
What does this mean for him?
Early game:
Although his Acid Hunter has had its lock-on cast range nerfed, it still does the same damage as before. Noxian Corrosive Charge has also had its range nerfed and its cooldown increased. I feel that this makes his laning harder...
