Hello everyone, Black Lucario here. I am an upcoming member in the League of Legends community. I have been playing for about 2 months, so forgive me if any of my builds aren't as "good" as they should be. I am completely open to advice, but don't hate.

As far as personal information goes, I am 17 years old, I live in Spokane, Washington, I am largely into music and video games, and I love to be creative.
