"I think it's the best build for Lucian these days (Tri build).
I've tested it on ranked (I know, no comments :D) and it was very, very well!

I'll try Black Cleaver soon, cause I see that you says it's a good item on him.
I still don't like to build BotRK on him, but I know it's the most important item for Lucian."
