I think that me and many other people can agree that Sion is in dire need of some serious changes. I am here to inquire about what such changes would be. I mean personally, for me, I want him to be a tanky AD top laner, but some people might want him to be an AP burst mage. A. He needs a new passive. His passive is a CHANCE to block some damage from attacks, which is unreliable and not terribly interesting. I feel like Rengar needs tweak or buff as of 3/11/13. His survivability after he bursts (or starts to) down the ADC is a 3 (scale of 1-10). His burst isn't even that good without a few high damage items (a 4.5 without any high damage items on a scale of 1-10, a 7 with some). I like playing jungle Rengar ALOT and I just feel like his sustain is on the low side. For example, when I go into a small camp, I have x HP, and when I leave that camp, I have the same amount of HP IF I use empowered roar. I just feel like the ol' kitty cat needs a buff. I am feeling like sharing my opinions on who might need a slight/moderate nerf/buff. TOPIC #1: Garen I feel that Garen is a bit too strong as of now. Whenever I play him solo queue top I stomp (I love playing Garen btw). Whenever I face him in solo queue top I get stomped. He is too much of a lane bully and his counter, poke, has a very mediocre effect on him. Change suggestion #1: nerf his passive's CD. It should probably be somewhere near 12 seconds (instead of 9). I am really bothered by the adc (ad carry) builds that have the standard adc items (Berserker's, I.E., P.D., B.T., L.W., and G.A.) that EXPLAIN THEIR ITEM CHOICES. Just, ... , NO.
