You max W 2nd while fracture gives more burst and lane sustain in laning. Thus i wont vote up due to the build mistakes. You might have put alot"

C. skilling sequence isnt really efficient , maxin q first is fine but maxing a shield 2nd? Its about the ms and as from the skill, the shield is just a lil extra "

You dont go very tanky either i think. So you actually have no balance nor offensive p"
