I only use all chat when I die, when I kill someone, when I'm trash talking, when I get a cannon minion, when I miss a cannon minion, when I get dragon, when I get dragon stolen, when I get baron, when I get baron stolen, when I outplay someone, when I get outplayed, when I lag, when someone else lags, when me and someone else lag at the same time, when there's server lag, when I get ganked, when I gank someone, when I win a teamfight, when I lose a teamfight, when I'm carrying, when I'm getting carried, when neither of the aforementioned are accurate, when I get a double+ kill, when someone else gets a double+ kill, when I won lane, when I lost lane, when I miss 2+ CS in a row, when I do something bad, when I do something good, when I get a kill with a global/semi-global skill, when someone kills me with a global/semi-global skill, when I die 1v5, when I kill someone 1v5 then die, when I 1v5 penta, when I get camped, when I get ganked twice in under a minute, when I reconnect from a DC, when someone kills someone else while they're DC'd, when I say GG after winning, when I say GG after losing, when I'm hungry, when I'm thirsty, when I'm both of those at the same time, and when I'm bored. Those are literally the only circumstances in which I use all chat.[/quote]
