Laning phase & Tips
Your passive works well if you are able to switch in between hitting multiple targets without having to burst down one champion. You can usually do this during ganks, when you are sure both opponents are going to die so you just hit them both switching between targets to apply the passive as much as possible.

You want to equip Q since level 1, but W is also an option to push the wave sligthly faster. Look to Q low HP minions, especially ranged ones, when an opponent is standing behind the low hp minion, or when going for last hit. Keep in mind the Q crits if it kills the first target so it can deal a BUNCH of damage. If you kill an target with Q it crits when jumping to another one, which can deal a TON of damage during lane phase, because it also works with minions. If your opponent is standing behind an low hp minion, feel free to last-hit the minion with the Q and use your AA cd on the champ instead of the cs, this way, you can deal a ton of dmg in a very short time. Also keep in mind that your Q applies on hit effect, therefore it can help you with resetting your passive. Auto-Attack on opponent A while you using Q on opponent B, then your next AA right away on the same opponent, A will proc the passive again because Q procced it on the B.

In fights, if you have strong enough frontline, you can look to position yourself purely to use a good ultimate. If you land it at 2 or more targets, it will deal more damage than you would usually do with auto-attacks.

Your W passive makes you run faster if you do not get hit in a while, you can also use the W to get the speed and bonus attack speed immediately, reducing the cooldown when shooting unique/switching between targets (applying your passive).

If you are stomping lane phase, especially against an early game team, and recall at 450/900/1350 golds, you can spam doran blades into your inventory to increase your lane power ever more. These Doran blades are not just useful during the lane phase but help you in the later phases of the game as well, however, makes completing items a little more difficult as you can't really stack components in your inventory anymore coz out of slots.
You can stack 2/3/4 doran blades early on. Especially if you base with gold amounts such as 450/900g, you usually want to go for dorans... If you base with 1300, you always want to go for B.F. instead.
Dorans stacking makes your laning phase pretty easy once you get them, and the sustain it gives is solid even in later phases of the game. Ideally if you buy multiple dorans you want to keep them as long as possible and just base for full item purchases.
Ideal starting item for MF. It gives you a ton of damage, a great amount of CDR and also some mana sustain, which makes it useful especially if you are still stuck in the lane phase.
The most damage amplifying item, can be even rushed before Essence Reaver. If you do not have a good shop for Essence reaver components, for example, u have just enough gold for Pickaxe, feel free to buy it and build IE first.
Increases range of your auto attack as well as your Q. This item is great on MF also because you are a long-ranged carry (your ultimate) and you don't really want to come too close to your opponents. With this item you can deal one AA/Q and R in fight which from an insane range can make it very difficult for enemy to shut you down.
If enemy team has many melee champions or champs that do not endanger you when you get to them on your auto attack range, you can buy this instead of / with Rapid, to deal some extra damage in fight, but its usually not required, as you basically do that with your ultimate.
This item also provides with great additional wave clear.
If you are playing against champions such as Qiyana / Zed / Talon (read assassin that can kill you on one combo) you should get this item. It gives the same stats as Rapid Fire Canoon but no range advantage. However, if you are not alive, you don't utilize the extra range, right?
If you are playing against assassins or you just have rly tough times surviving, PD is a viable option.
Gives you shield and insane amount of lifesteal. Not as powerful as Death's Dance can be against assassins since you don't usually have the shield, but surely the most powerful sustain item in fights. This is usually an option as 4th item, after you have your 75% crit chance build done.
Good choice agains't assassins. Makes you not die during 1 second and gives you an ability to sustain during the fights. Also makes you heal from your ultimate, which, not often, but sometimes can be well utilized.
If you play against many assassins, or just one really fed one, you can also just go for this, make sure to keep an eye on the 5minutes cooldown tho.
Phase movespeed bonus makes it easier for you to kite opponents. However, the main reason why you would buy this item is if you want to reduce opponent's armors, therefore, if you have a ton of physical damage in the team and enemy buy a lot of armor.
Good purchase against a lot of magical damage.
If you are not running Clenase and you play against a lot of CC, such as Leona, or Skarner, Malzahar (against which Cleanse does not help)
If enemy have a lot of healing, buy this, your R can apply it to literally everyone in the fight.
If you don't have to deal the most damage from your team, and you just need to survive a little more, you can also go for the massive +700hp Frozen Mallet tech. It might sound troll, but it can be used pretty well. Also gives you the slow when chasing down the opponent, so basically useful item in 2 aspects. You will lose some damage compared to the other items, but the HP gain is massive.
