Utterly insane, unrepentantly homicidal, and horrifyingly purple, Dr. Mundo is what keeps many of Zaun's citizens indoors on particularly dark nights. This monosyllabic monstrosity seems to want nothing more than pain—both the giving of it, and the receiving of it. Wielding his massive meat cleaver as if it were weightless, Mundo is infamous for capturing and torturing dozens of Zaun's citizens for his nefarious “operations,” which seem to have no overall point or goal. He is brutal. He is unpredictable. He goes where he pleases. He is also not, technically, a doctor.

Mundo is a tank with huge amount of health regeneration. Dr.Mundo also can be dominant in laning phase in some matchups thanks to his big boost to AD from Masochism and % damage of current health from Infected Cleaver. He scales very well into the mid and late game. Mundo has bonus movement speed from Sadism basically allows you to catch enemy. Another thing to keep in mind when playing Mundo is that you can afford sometimes not building full tank every game as Mundo, items like Death's Dance, Wits End, Sterak's Gage are good on Mundo in some situations.

★ Your W gives you 30% Tenacity, remember to use it when your getting Annie Q stacked with passive or any other Crowd Control.

★ Mundo passive scales with health, the more hp you got, the bigger health regen will be.

★ If Infected Cleaver hits an enemy, 40% of the health cost is refunded, and if it kills it, 80% of the health cost is refunded.

★ Mundo E resets autoattack cast time

★ As with all abilities with health costs, Infected Cleaver, Burning Agony and Masochism will not reduce Dr. Mundo's health below 1.

★ Mundo passive and ultimate is not affected by Revitalize rune as it is considered as health regeneration.
