Hello there! My name is Teynachi and I am a OneTrickPony from Poland. I started playing him in last two or three weeks of Season 9. Back then I was actually maining and , but I was bored of them, so I wanted to search a new toplaner which I can play. Accidentally I found Tommy309's stream and after few hours of watching him, I decided to try . After a lot of bad games I finally started to understand him a little. I loved playing him so much that I dropped my old mains and now is pretty much the only champion I play. Here's my OPGG for those of you that are interested in it.

I have played for a while and I really wanted to create something to help other people learn and discover what he can do and how you can play him. I have to apologize for the poor English, but I'm most using translator to write this guide.

is one of the most unique champion in League of Legends which you can have much fun by playing him. can be behind in early game, but still does a lot of in late game, owing to his with and two items and . is seldom seen champion, so you don't need to worry, that often will be taken. Only few people play him (avg. 0,92% pick rate). In my all 's career (from 1 November 2019) they took him from me only four times, that's not much for 722 games. Most of players are OneTrickPonies from old seasons, but I'm one of the new era players and I can recommend him, if you want to try something else in this game. Probably your first games will look terrible, but you need a lot of these to get experience on him, so don't give up and keep trying until you get out of it.

Summoner Spells

For toplane you can take or with or , every spell is great for . They can help you when your team need you () or they can help get near priority targets with ease ( ) and just kill them (). If you play Spellbook runepage don't forget about other spells like they can help you too! If you play proxy take for better farming.

My favourite spells are and , because I mostly play proxy with runes. helps me with stacks and gives me a better escape potential than .

Rune Choices

Keystones

I was experimenting a lot of times with which keystone is the best for and which work the best and what were sub optimal. As of patch 11.2 's best keystones are from the , , and trees and that includes , , , and .

This keystone allows to gain the heal for a portion of damage he deals to champions with his .

This keystone allows to change spell every 5 minutes and It helps him in hard matchups.

This keystone allows to gain a bonus movement speed which gives him a big chance to escape opponent and that's only for 3 separate attacks or abilities.

Precision Choices

gives 12% of his missing health and grant an additional 20 gold for takedowns. Maybe It's only 12%, but It helps a lot of times in games when plays vs and others or if opponents has .

gives 5% tenacity plus and additional 2.5% for every Legend stack (max 10 stacks). can earn stacks for champions takedowns, minions kill, large monsters kill and epic monsters takedowns. This is important rune, because will gain 30% Tenacity plus another 30% from , so he will has 60% Tenacity in most fights, it's making him a monster.

gives possibility dealing 5% - 11% increased damage to champions while he is below 60% health. Max damage gained at 30% health.

Inspiration Choices

gives free at 12min, but he can't buy boots before then. Good for mid game as he save gold and get max Movement Speed.

gives item power spikes faster and can situationally be a game changer. Lending Fee: 50 gold, Debt limit: 150 + 5/min.

gives immediately restoration 50% of his health or mana, but puts that consumable on 12 seconds cooldown. In addition, gives 5% Movement Speed while under their effects.

Domination Choices

gives eyeballs collection for champion takedowns. If he will complete collection at 10 eyeballs, he gain an adaptive bonus of 10 ability power (1 kill = 1 eyeball).

and give a lot of healing and ability power while is included. It's really useful on him, stronger in teamfights.

is 's passive. When passes within 225 range of a champion, he drifts off of them, gaining 20% bonus movement speed for 2 seconds. This effect has a champion-unique 10 second cooldown. Passive helps a lot of times with kill someone. In fights often watch passive cooldown. Without observing it you can make a mistake many times.

is 's Q. Toggle: leaves a poison cloud behind him for 3.25 seconds. Enemies standing in the cloud's trail are poisoned for 2 seconds, taking 5/7.5/10/12.5/15 (+10% of ability power) magic damage every 0.25 seconds for the duration (continually refreshes while remaining in the affected area), for a total of 40/60/80/100/120 (+80% of ability power) magic damage over 2 seconds.

is 's W. covers the target area with a potent adhesive for 3 seconds, slowing by 60% and grounding all enemies within. Use if you chase enemy or if you are being chased.

is 's E. flings an enemy over his shoulder (500 units), dealing 50/65/80/95/110 (+75% of ability power) (+6/6.5/7/7.5/8% of target's maximum health) as magic damage. If the flung enemy lands into zone, they will be snared for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds. is being able to proc .

is 's R. drinks a potent brew of chemicals, granting him 30/60/90 ability power, armor, magic resistance, movement speed, health regeneration per 5, and mana regeneration per 5 for 25 seconds.
