Hi, I'm Coocon and welcome to my 
Evelynn guide. Right now she's my favourite
jungler
s. I started playing her after the rework in 2017 and really got into playing her in 2018. She's a strong champion in low elo thanks to her perma camouflage and high damage, while also being a reliable pick in high elo. She can easily delete unaware enemies when they aren't grouped thanks to her charm/slow and assassination potential.
Besides her I also play Syndra, Lux, Katarina and Warwick.
Evelynn is an AP glass cannon who can eliminate enemies with a single combo. She can freely move next to the opponents without being seen. Her Allure brings some utility to her kit - slow or charm and resist shred are great for AP assassin who doesn't want enemies to run away too fast. Last Caress is a great tool for diving. It offters a ton of damage along with untargetability and blink which can save you from turret shots and abilities.
Electrocute
Your main path is Domination with Electrocute. It's clearly the best keystone for all of the assassins, because of it's high damage. It also scales pretty good to the late game where Evelynn can literally oneshot enemy adc/support with W>E. The next rune is Sudden Impact. It procs everytime you exit the stealht or use empowered E. Then you pick Eyeball Collection which helps you snowball. The last Domination rune is Relentless Hunter which makes you roaming monster. You can also choose Ultimate Hunter for low CD on R, but I think that Relentless Hunter is much better.

Passive ~ Demon Shade - When out of combat, Evelynn enters Demon Shade. Demon Shade heals Evelynn when she is low on health and grants Camouflage after level 6. DETAILS |

Q ~ Hate Spike - Evelynn strikes out with her Lasher, dealing damage to the first unit hit. Then, Evelynn can shoot a line of spikes at nearby foes up to 3 times.DETAILS |

W ~ Allure - Evelynn curses her target, causing her next attack or spell after a delay to charm her target and reduce their magic resist.DETAILS |

E ~ Whiplash - Evelynn whips her target with her Lasher, dealing damage. She then gains movement speed for a short duration.DETAILS |

R ~ Last Caress - Evelynn briefly goes untargetable and decimates the area in front of her before warping backwards a long distance.DETAILS |
