Ionian Boots of Lucidity Rush this as fast as possible

Moonstone Renewer Every game. It has been buffed and is the only viable mythic.

Staff of Flowing Water Every game. It helps you to have permanently a shield on someone.

Ardent Censer If you have 2-4 Auto attackers.

Zhonya's Hourglass The best non support AP item for Ivern. Build if 3-5 AD or burst.

Banshee's Veil Drastically worse Zhonya's. Build if 3-5 AP.

Chemtech Putrifier Extremely strong if enemy has healing. It allows your team to not build wounds. Build if heavy healing.

Rabadon's Deathcap Almost every single game as last item.

Stirring Wardstone This is the item if no Rabadon. Only if you are behind and your support sells their support item for example Pyke.

Redemption Decent item when anything else doesn't fill the situation.

Mejai's Soulstealer If you have 7-10 Stacks on Dark seal.

Transcendence Gives ability haste which is the best stat for Ivern.

Future's Market Guarantees lucidity boots in your first back.
Cosmic Insight CDR is the strongest stat.

DOMINATION
Relentless Hunter Gives great movement for clears and ganks.
Eyeball Collection Is a great way to increase AP.
Cheap Shot Is also viable if you need early damage.

RESOLVE
Revitalize Is pretty much the only reason to go resolve.
Font of Life Is decent for teamfighting.
Conditioning Because others are hot garbage.
