Renekton
On paper Renekton dumpsters Nasus. This means that statistically, Renekton shouldn't lose this matchup early game or he will have problems. The key as playing Nasus versus this matchup is to sustain and survive laning phase. Aim to scale by farming your Q Siphoning Strike.

INTRO TO D CANE!!!
How To Play the Early Game! Here is a link to my stream where I've played Nasus recently!~
I have made Nasus tutorials on my Youtube channel Black Halo for when you get tired of reading lol!; Challenger Coaching Sessions have improved my gameplay over the course of this Season 8 endeavor, check it out!
Farming to 70 cs at 10 minutes, prioritizing your stacks - cannon minion Q stacks, creeps, & harass with autos and Grasp of the Undying. It is possible to get 100 stacks versus most lanes at this time!

-- Snowballs VERY hard, this is very good due to the fact that winning lane in Season 8 is very imperative to succeeding early on.
-- Hard To Shutdown; In Fact most Bronze & Silver players will not know what to do about a farmed Nasus.
-- Easy to pick up and learn quickly!
Cons:
-- Very immobile without any escapes ( Flash, Ghost)/ Dead Man's Plate or Raptor Cloak/ Wither. He can easily be focused down or kited at this point, without these being available.
-- Easy To Camp.
Grasp of the Undying
is great since it gives you great sustain and tank stats early on and scales throughout the game; Permanent Increases on your Health by 5 with each use and Heals for 2% of your max health. It has a damage proc that scales off of 4% of your max HP when auto attacking an enemy champion with a 4 second cooldown.Demolish
A MUST for taking towers when splitpushing.Conditioning
gives you really good Armor and Magic Resistance stats. After 10 minutes have passed in the game, you gain 8 Armor and 8 Magic Resist, plus 5% bonus Armor and MR. It is a great choice if you plan to build Armor and Magic Resist, your tankiness will scale hard later on.Unflinching:
After casting a Summoner Spell, you gain Tenacity and Slow Resistance for 10 seconds! You also gain Tenacity and Slow Resistance for each Summoner Spell on a Cooldown timer.INSPIRATION OPTIONS:
Gain a Biscuit every 3 minutes, until 12 minutes. If your inventory is full when the time passes a biscuit, it will airdrop as soon an inventory slot is freed. Biscuits restore 15% of your missing health and mana over 15 seconds (Calculated upon consuming the biscuit). Consuming any Biscuit increases your mana cap by 40 permanently.
Time Warp Tonic:
Your potions biscuits and elixirs last 20% longer, and you gain 5% Movement Speed while under their effects.. this is why we buy Corrupting Potion early on!~SORCERY OPTIONS:
Gathering Storm & Transcendence:
Gain Increasing AD or AP (adaptive, depending on which amount of damage you have the most of) throughout the course of the game. and are both great options when you don't need the extra sustain in lane! Gathering Storm SCALES! 10min: +8AP, 20min: 24AP, 30min: 48AP, 40min: 80AP, etc. This guide is under construction; I also have created YouTube videos explaining how to lane vs. the toughest Nasus counter in my own personal opinion, Teemo, in a Ranked Platinum Elo game (if I helped you out with this guide/video, subscribing to my YouTube Channel helps me out a lot!).
