Hey, my name is LoveDeadGames or LDG and I'm a Silver player support main. I stream and do videos as a hobby, my goal is to be a partnered Twitch streamer. I have played since season 10, so I'm a fairly new player. Although I'm not a main mid lane, I did play it a lot with champions like Ahri, Veigar, Lux, and Pyke. Since this is my first season playing the game, I don't really focus on ranked hence why I'm really low in terms of elo.

Ahri was the first champion I ever played, becoming my main and playing her every single game, to the point I was almost an Ahri OTP. I have over 200k mastery points and 1500+ games as her, overall.

Ahri definitely is my favorite champion and the reason I started playing the game. Her high mobility and carry potential made me love her, she is a really fun champion to play and main. Ahri is one of the best 1v1 laners in the game, although to be useful late game she needs to get fed, since she lacks damage when behind.

Cons:
- Kind of weak early
- Easily countered
- Skill shots (E, Q)
- Weak/no damage when behind
- Advanced combos

Yasuo's wind wall is op, that's nothing new, but in this case it will be your ending if he blocks your E's. Try to save your E so when Yasuo throws his tornado, he most likely rush at you, that is your chance to do damage. But against a really good Yasuo there is nothing much to do other than playing safe and praying to hit your E's.

Fizz is really annoying to go against, since he can easily doge all ur skillshots. He is my personal perma ban every game.

One of the most annoying matchups against Ahri. His turrets make it difficult to get close and hit your E's properly and without risking getting hit and poked.

It really depends how you'll do against a Talon based on his style of play. If he relies on heavy roaming, be sure to ping and roam too so he doesn't get fed.

Kassadin is simply really good. You most likely need to play safe and rely on your jungle to help you. Pray for good ganks.

Malzahar's shield is really annoying, but as long as you destroy it through a poke or Ahri's W, he should be vulnerable. Destroy his minions easily with Q.

Super high damage and you can be easily stunned. Her passive is the biggest problem, but her walls come to a close second. Play safely.

Azir's R will be your doom if he uses it properly. Don't rely too much in ganks for the same reason.

As long as you are aggressive and dodge her Q and E, you should be good. It can be really annoying and tilting to deal with her though, so also play carefully.

Veigar's E can counter your ult, since Ahri is squishy this is terrible for teamfights. If you control his farm and stacks you can easily beat him.

Really depends on the player and situation. Many people consider Cass as a counter to Ahri, others consider her to be an easy enemy. Her venom and high damage make it difficult to get close but if you do it she shouldn't be a major problem.

It is really annoying to play against, her range and abilities will be a problem for you.

It is needed to be careful when you come close, since her stun and push can destroy you.

Standard Runes (Domination and Precision):
These are the runes I will take 95% of the time since the damage is really high and helps to have higher potential to carry.

Electrocute will deal damage while laning, rewarding the player for poking. Since Ahri relies a lot on combos, this rune really highens the damage.

Cheap Shot will make it easier to kill the target, since hitting Ahri's E will cause the rest of hits/abilities to deal significant more damage while the enemy is charmed.

Eyeball Collection will grant bonus AP per champion kill, assist or ward takedown, making your abilities more powerful.

Ultimate Hunter will give you 5% cooldown reduction and 4% more for takedowns to each enemy champion, rewarding when killing each champion at least once, this effect applies only once for each champion.

Presence of Mind will restore and grant permanent mana per takedown, making it harder to run out of mana. Especially useful early game when fed.

Cut Down will make you deal more damage to champions with more total HP than you, which is most since Ahri is fairly squishy.
