Darius
Darius is extreme counter to Sett, if you are advanced player of Sett, you can try to kill him on lvl 2, or 3. But if not, try to not fight him until level 6, and play smartly. Don't overextend if not needed.

Introduction
Hello everyone, your friendly Sett player named Skrelax here. Because i played a lot Sett from his release, i decided, that i could have done some Guide from my own experience.
About Sett, and his great damage
Sett is known as the most op top laner. Sett is a great duelist, he's not that good in teamfights (if fed early, he can be a total beast in late). But if you know what are you doing, then Sett can be "god-like" in teamfights.
About Runes
Runes are all the same on top/jungle/support role. So no need to switch them like a maniac, you can adjust them how you like it.
About Items
You often want to build 
Goredrinker as a first item, because of it's heal, and Hp.
As a second item you want to rush Black Cleaver. Because of it's power, and synergy on Sett.
If enemy is not tanky, you can build Titanic Hydra
As a third item you can buy Black Cleaver. With Goredrinker, and Black Cleaver, you are very strong duelist, that can kill almost everyone.
