Quinn's hardest matchup in Top Lane. STRONGLY recommend banning him if you queue top. He just spams Q with comet and pokes you out of lane, or at level 6 once he's poked you out you just get ulted and die.

Champion Build Guide
Build Summary
This Quinn build is incredibly reliable. The amount of burst it provides is insane. Essentially, you want to build around 1-2 lethality items first when the enemy have minimal armour, allowing you to do maximum damage. Then once you have some lethality, top it up with the damage crit items so you scale into the late game and make use of Quinn's passive (crit = lower cooldown harrier procs). This build makes Quinn the ultimate one-shotting machine. The reason this build works slightly better Mid lane than Top is due to the matchups generally having a lot less armour compared to top lane, thus making lethality much more effective and viable. However, this works in Top Lane too, just means you can't roam to Bot Lane as easily because you'll have to sacrifice your tower/plates when roaming from Top Lane. Considering how important dragons are in Season 11, having as much lane priority as possible is essential for helping your Jungler secure these drakes. Also, we all know the curse of the 1-10 Bot Laners, so being able to roam down and get free double kills with the amount of burst - and their lack of armour - will save a lot of your 'soon to be doomed' games. Don't be afraid to int for shutdowns later in the game too! If enemy is worth 1k or a high bounty, claiming that will turn the tide of the game, and with this build you have enough burst to one shot anyone if you do the combo correctly.
Runes Summary
The runes for this particular build are; electrocute, sudden impact, eyeball collection, relentless hunter, manaflow band and absolute focus. I've found that these runes are the most reliable for Critality Quinn, as electrocute is so simple to proc with a basic Auto-E-Auto combo, which once you have some lethality items will chunk any squishy in the game in a matter of seconds. On top of having ignite/prowlers, you will almost always blow a flash or get a kill as a result of your insanely strong burst combo. I chose to go Ravenous Hunter instead of Relentless because after the buffs, I find relentless to be a lot weaker. High elo players on other champs like KatEvolved feel the same way so looks like it's catching on to be stronger, and since Ravenous got reworked to give omnivamp now it gives the build some well-needed healing! The sorcery tree second is preference, but I find it to be the best choice. Manaflow band allows you to roam easier since your ult costs 100 mana per usage from level 6 until you level it up at 11 (reducing it to 50, then 0 mana at level 16). Absolute focus is super strong because you'll almost always be doing your full combo at full HP, getting full usage of the rune. Just remember this build makes you incredibly squishy but you'll hit like a damn truck.
Prowler's Claw Combo
The earlier you use Prowler's claw in your damage combo, the more damage you'll do because of the 15% increased damage for 3 seconds passive after using the active. Be in ult BEFORE you Prowler's for the extra harrier proc. Utilise each and every harrier after each ability (R, E and Q).
