GENERAL STRATEGY
This strategy and build are a unique way to play league that can 2v8 games and absolutely destroy the enemy team.
Kassadin+Taric Funnel is essentially a double jungle strategy, where Taric follows Kassadin around the jungle and midlane, helping him farm fast and hypercarry. This is unlike common funnels like lulu+twitch and old taric+yi, where the support sits mid to soak XP and stack waves for the carry.

JUNGLE ROUTES
Blue>Gromp>Wolves>Mid>Raptors>Red>Scuttle

Ordering depends on how fast mid is pushing. You want to catch the waves when possible, but jungle camps are more important than lane minions. Make sure to stand on the inside of raptors in order to soak XP from the minions dying to mid turret. Taric should smite gromp and Kassadin should smite red for an extremely fast clear.
