First you sell the Shard of True Ice and buy Lich Bane (+8% move speed), after you sell the Sorcerer's Shoes and take the Cosmic drive (+5% move speed) [because of mythic passive of the
Luden's Tempest, Cosmmic Drive gives +5 magic penetration, and bring 30 Ability Haste, 200 Health, 65 Ability Power and has a unique passive effect]
