RUN. YOU DO NOT WIN HIM 1V1 (actually you do once you're full build and you surprise/bushcamp him aka khazix the khazix).
Ward your jungle. As long as your team stays together late game, it's free LP.
Lee Sin
He's tanky and he hurts. You don't really win him in a 1v1 most of the time.
Morgana
If she has zhonya's, accept the fact that you will never kill her again. Easy to kill early, almost impossible to kill late. Ladies and gentlemen, Morgana.
Nocturne
His W is an eternal counter to you. You don't win against him until late game or unless he inted early game. Use your E the moment he uses his R to dodge it.
Nunu & Willump
He outrotates you and he's annoying to kill early. Farm for late and try to make your team keep him off objectives while you're doing them since he can "outsmite" you with his Q.
Sejuani
She's tanky and she hurts late. Make sure she stays out of the game by killing her a lot early and stealing her camps, especially blue. If she buys frozen heart, she becomes impossible to kill.
Warwick
He heals. That's it. You don't really win him early in a 1v1 but you should be able to burst him late game with a full W stun.
Xin Zhao
Don't let him get ahead. He heals way too much meaning you'll almost never win against him early game in a 1v1. You should be able to burst him late game though.
Bel'Veth
She's hard to fight late game, especially with her R form. Without it, she's virtually useless. Dodge her W and kill her.
Ekko
He hurts quite a bit and is a damn hard champ to kill due to his R. Try not to use your R till he uses his. You can solo kill him most of the time.
Evelynn
Bring Oracle Lens pls and use your E to counter her E.
Gwen
She outscales you. Make sure she stays out of the game by killing her and taking her camps. Late game, killing her is hard but very possible. Try to assassinate her before a teamfight if you can.
Hecarim
He can run circles around you, quite literally. Try to predict his movements. Once you do, it's a free kill.
Kayn
You beat him early game. You win scuttle fight if it's a 1v1 and both of you are around the same hp. Once he gets form he becomes annoying.
Kindred
She's an eh, don't use your R until her R is finished. While possessing her, you gain her stacks. Make sure to keep killing her jungle marks though.
Lillia
Same thing as Hecarim, predict her movements and she's an easy kill. Use your R to counter her R.
Nidalee
She's not that bad unless she gets ahead and she knows how to land her spears. Remember, you possess her CURRENT form.
Pantheon
Please get Edge of Night, it screws his passive up. He hurts a lot. If he E's, use your E or W to get behind him. After that, he dies quite fast.
Rammus
ok.
He's not that bad with this build since it focuses on erasing armor and hp. If you do find yourself against him, buy Lord Dominik's Regards before Blade of The Ruined King.
Rek'Sai
She can run easily and her R functions similar to an execute. Play with your team and destroy her tunnels. You'll win.
Rengar
Try to fight him in a place without bushes. Prepare for his W regen and burst him down again.
Skarner
You win him in a 1v1 due to the healing from your passive and Blade of The Ruined King. Ignore him in a teamfight. If you get CC'd you're dead.
Taliyah
Genuinely a skill matchup, you don't win or lose against her unless one of you gets ahead.
Vi
She's annoying but killable. If she gets ahead, you have a major problem. You don't win against her early game in a 1v1 but late game you can burst her down.

If he gets ahead, it gets hard but you can burst him down late game before he can W twice.

He's not really that big of a threat, he's just.. there? He hurts early if he gets a full combo off but late game you one shot him.

Dodge her E and you kill her easily. Remember, you possess her CURRENT form.

He's not made to be a jungle and the nerfs hit him WAY too hard. You can invade him early (try to go for his blue) and he'll never be a problem unless your team ints.

She can save you from dying and give you those few seconds that you need to kill someone and reset with her W. Her R helps you get resets off since your enemies will target each other.
Senna
Her W is a good root and with your damage and hers, it's a free reset. If she's your duo you can communicate with her about when to use her R.
Taric
Chad. In all honesty he has good synergy with everyone. Play near him and with his W so that his E can cast off you as well. His R is basically a worse Kayle R.
Vel'Koz
If it's not Azzapp you lose.
You can CC chain with his E and if he full combos someone, they're basically dead which means you get a reset.
Xerath
Basically the same thing as Vel'Koz. CC chain his E and late game he can kill anyone.
Alistar
If played properly, he can give you a free reset. If not, he's useless. He can W them away from your R so watch out. Alistar can be good but it really depends on the player.
Brand
Not that good, not that bad. If you can CC chain together, it's virtually a free reset.

He can tank a lot and he can save you by using his R on you. You can CC chain his passive stun and his W.
